This form will be used to submit your cancellation for a reunion that you already registered for. Please remember that funds will not be returned but will be credited to your account for the next reunion. If you are canceling within 15 days of the reunion, only 50% will be credited to your next reunion as payments have already been made to the tour companies. If you have to cancel within 15 days due to bereavement or serious illness of a family member, 100% will be credited to your next reunion. As stated in the By-Laws, if any member is deceased before the reunion, all funds will be returned immediately to the family of the deceased member. If you cancel after the commencement date of the reunion we will be unable to credit any funds to your next reunion as the organization has most likely paid for your tours, banquet, and any other expenses. If, by chance, we are not charged for your expenses we will credit your account and let you know via e-mail how much we were able to save you. The organization will never profit from a member's cancellation. If the organization did not pay, the member will not pay.
