The original Bylaws were approved by the membership at the first business meeting in Atlanta in August of 2010. All amendments to these Bylaws require approval of the Board of Directors and the membership at an annual meeting. These Bylaws have been written to protect both the membership and the organization. They have been verified to not conflict with any state or federal law. If any member sees anything within these Bylaws that appears to be improper, please bring it to our attention via the "Suggestion Box."

Amendment 1 to the Bylaws was approved February 7, 2017 by the membership. A summary of the major Amendment 1 changes is posted below. The most significant change opens membership to those who served on any carrier and their supporting squadrons.
