- Porcelain or ceramic floor tile - 5 choices to choose from
- Under mount stainless steel sink - 18 gauge - 2 choices to choose from
- Complete basic installation
- Based on a standard size kitchen - L Shape or Galley layouts only
- Quantities included:
- 11 standard cabinets (pantries & double ovens cabinets are not included)
- 2 slabs of 9'x26'' prefab granite (you can upgrade to quartz for $700-$1,500 more)

If you have a different kitchen layout, than you do not qualify for this deal. We also do not pro-rate this deal. This deal only applies if you have a 10'x10' kitchen in either an
L shape or Galley layout. If you have an island or peninsula section, this is also not included. No exceptions.
