For our first ever Sunday Brunch, we were inspired by the abundance of citrus growing in our back yard. We did a multi-course brunch featuring citrus in every course. We ended the brunch with some flavor tripping by way of the miracle berry.

KUMQUAT
Kumquat Gastrique, Maple Glaze,

GRAPEFRUIT
Shaved Fennel, Baby Arugula, Pomegranate, Burrata Cheese,
Grapefruit, Grapefruit Champagne Vinaigrette
LEMON
Heirloom Tomato, Roasted Asparagus, Hasselbeck Potatoes,
Soft Scrambled Eggs, Lemon Hollandaise
LIME
Marinated Pork Tenderloin, Red Pepper and Onion Stuffing,
Refried Black Beans, Kiwi, Tropical Fruit Salsa with Lime Zest
BLOOD ORANGE
Blood Orange Sorbet, Fresh Blood Orange, Mint Infused
Blood Orange Syrup, Lady Fingers
MIRACLE BERRY
A fruit from Central and South America that alters the taste buds and changes all sour receptors to sweet ones on the tongue. Everything sour tastes sweet. It was fun to see people try not only sour fruit but also vinegar, lemon juice, their Champagne etc... and discuss the incredible after effects of FLAVOR TRIPPING. This is a great way to turn lemons into lemonade
